In 2020, Location3, a digital marketing agency in Denver, Colorado, was on the verge of releasing its proprietary SaaS product, LOCALACT.
The marketing software platform was designed to support franchise systems and their franchise owners with optimizing their digital marketing strategies.
LOCALACT was designed and promoted with two audiences in mind: franchise system chief marketing officers and individual franchise owners. These two very different audiences required a different content strategy – one that established authority with big-picture decision-makers and trust with every-day small business owners.
We developed and produced a content strategy that prioritized storytelling, brand awareness, and industry and product education.
Through email and social media campaigns, we promoted FAQs, videos, case studies, and a whitepaper to a well-defined audience.
We wrote and produced a short introductory video that built trust with existing and potential client partners through a friendly tone, aspirational voice, and simple language. It was shared on Location3's social channels and emailed as part of a newsletter to a targeted email list.
